Our Outcomes
For over a decade, New Life Stories has walked alongside children, parents and caregivers impacted by incarceration. Since 2014, we have supported more than 4,700 service users, helping families strengthen relationships, rebuild trust and move forward together.
Through our Family Strengthening Programme, we supported families with steady relationships, literacy support, therapeutic care and safe spaces for reconnection.

- YMCA Youth For Causes Most Supportive SSA Award 2025: New Life Stories was awarded Most Supportive SSA Award for supporting and closely working together with Project Liberi, a youth-led initiative in Singapore.
- Singapore Prison Service Journey Shield Token 2025: During the SPS Volunteer Award Ceremony 2025, New Life Stories was honored with the Journey Shield Token for more than 10 years of working closely with Singapore Prison Service.
- Singapore Prison Service Journey Shield Token 2024: During the SPS Volunteer Award Ceremony 2024, New Life Stories was honored with the Journey Shield Award for 10 years of partnership with the Singapore Prison Service. Four of our dedicated team members also received Long Service Awards for 5 years of commitment.
- City of Good - President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards 2024: During the President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards 2024, New Life Stories Limited along with Capitaland Hope Foundation, Life Community Services, and NeuGen Charity was honored with the City of Good Award! This prestigious recognition highlights the exceptional contributions and positive impact all of our partnerships have made.
- Public Service Transformation (PST) Awards 2023 - Star Partner Award: Nominated by Singapore Prison Service, we received the Star Partner Award during the Public Sector Transformation (PST) Awards Ceremony which recognises and rewards public officers and public agencies for excellence in their work and organisational practices.
- Yellow Ribbon Singapore Advocate of Second Chances (Community Partner) Award 2022: New Life Stories was awarded with the Yellow Ribbon Singapore Advocate of Second Chances (Community Partner) Award for our contributions towards reintegration of ex-offenders.
